ONLINE AND IN STORE RETURN POLICY
Web orders are eligible for a refund or store credit (depending on item) if shipped back to our Online Returns Department within 10 days of receiving. See below for In Store Return Policy. All in-store pick-ups must be returned back to store as our system does not allow us to create return labels for orders not shipped.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached
- SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNT CODES - All sale items and items purchased at a discount with codes (including welcome code) are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS and are exchange or store credit only.
- Shipping charges paid for by customer are not refundable.
- Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.
- All returned footwear will incur a $6.99 shipping fee that will be deducted from any refund or store credit (unless returned in person to one of our shops) and must include box if applicable.
- Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
We are not liable for missing packages once tracking provides confirmation of delivery to provided address.
We are unable to make any adjustments to orders or apply any discounts after an order has been shipped. Only one promotional code can be applied to an order at any time.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Pick Up in Store Items
Items ordered with the "Pick Up in Store" option are available for pickup during store hours. If your item is left for more than 90 days, it is subject to donation without a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes items purchased using a discount code.
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
